Thurston is committed to making this site usable by everyone, including people who browse with screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, or other assistive technology.

Standard. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What we have done. The site was reviewed against WCAG 2.1 AA in August 2026. Issues identified in that review were corrected, including page headings, accessible names for links and controls, and a pause control for the video on the home page. Colour contrast, keyboard focus indicators, form labelling and reduced-motion support were checked and met the standard.

Ongoing work. Accessibility is not a one-time project. Some areas are still being improved, and we re-test as the site changes.

Third-party content. Checkout and payment pages are hosted by Shopify. We do not control that code, though we choose vendors with accessibility in mind.
