Returns
There's a 14-day return policy. This means 14 days after delivery to both request a return, and for a return to be postmarked.
Any eligible return (new, with tags, packaging and proof of purchase) is subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non refundable.
To start a return, email info@thurstonunlimited.com with your reason. We're reasonable; it's just helpful to know why.
Refunds:
Original payment method will be refunded within 14 days after receiving and inspecting a return.
Exchanges:
We don't coordinate exchanges, only refunds.
Cancellations:
Subject to the same 10% restocking fee.
Issues:
Please inspect orders upon receipt and contact us immediately in the event of any issue, so we can evaluate it and make it right.
